Excellent service and communication !

I bought a WM 166C doll with 4 different heads, and received the package on time as described in their shipping policies page. I was so excited! I thought everything was perfect, but I noticed a pretty minor imperfection in the TPE skin of my doll's right wrist. I contacted Customer Service, and was helped by them. The blemish didn't resolve with their instructions, but after a number of emails back and forth (no delays on those, either), they offered me compensation that I agreed was more than fair.

Overall, the product is excellent. If you are on the fence, I say, "Go for it!" These dolls are amazing. And with Customer Service standing behind their product to make sure that you are satisfied, you have nothing to lose but that big empty spot in your bed!

The doll showed up faster than expected, travel crate was damaged, but I expected that from the videos and the good news is that the doll itself was intact otherwise.
Pros:
The doll is beautiful, proportions were much more realistic and less uncanny valley than I expected. I pretty much fell in love as soon as I saw it in person.
I was a little worried about fragility when reading up on the maintenance, but it's surprisingly sturdy and really does go into all the positions I want with minimal difficulty. It's clear, both from the manual and from seeing it in action, what types of positions are not good for long periods of time, but for a few minutes of fun it holds up just fine against what I need. The skin did suffer a few scratches from personal error, but the damage is minor and I was given resources for repairs.
The owner and staff are very attentive and responsive. I greatly appreciate the communication they have with their customers.
The default skin is still soft and pleasant to the touch. I couldn't stop caressing and cuddling the doll on my first night of ownership.
Cons:
The doll is HEAVY. I actually had trouble moving it.
I'm not sure if I did something wrong in assembly or if I was just being too rough, but the head is frustrating to attach and keep attached. The skin around the neck kept getting in the way, and the head popped off several times trying to move the doll.
The weakest part in terms of realism and articulation are the fingers. The frame inside the hands is very thin compared to the skin around them; the joints are very easy to move but trickier to get an exact position you want, and the hands just look and feel odd compared to a real human hand.
It's hard to get the doll properly standing even with the standing feet; my doll keeps wanting to lean a certain direction, and the last attempt at standing her caused her legs to buckle. I had to get her onto my bed, with much effort, in order to get the leverage I needed to put her legs right again; the amount of effort it takes to move the larger limbs is both a pro and a con that way.

I'm forgiving of most of these flaws as potentially human error on my part and nervousness to experiment or inability to due to the weight, and me having a few unique preferences that I don't expect the manufacturers to have planned for. All in all, I'm very happy with my doll, I just need to build up some strength to handle her better. In the meantime, I'll have to share my bed for a while until I can move her. I think I can handle that :)

Purchased this doll as a physical therapy tool, not necessarily to use for its intended purpose. I was hesitant at first due to the price tag but I have to say, money well spent. Customer service is also very helpful and real nice.
