I waited 3 weeks after receiving the doll to write this review because I wanted to get plenty of use out of it and be able to write a meaningful and accurate review.

Let me get the negatives out of the way first since they are few and of little significance. I asked for the wig in the pictures but that wasn't what was shown to me before it was shipped. However, because they did show me numerous pictures and asked for my approval before shipping I was able to inform them of the error and they fixed it quickly. The fingernails on the doll come off easily (1 came off so far) but I prefer short cut nails so the doll looks better without them anyway so no complaints. If I want to I'm sure I can find an appropriate glue to reattach them. My only outstanding complaint is that one of the two premium outfits has not arrived yet. I realize they are shipped separately and the first one arrived last week so it may still be on its way but I don't change the doll's outfit often anyway so it isn't a huge issue.

Now onto the positives. Customer service has been top notch. I've gotten quick responses to all my questions and concerns and all issues have been fixed quickly and easily. I highly recommend for this reason alone. The doll also shipped and arrived much sooner than I expected which was a pleasant surprise. As for the wigs they look good once you get them on right and place the strands of hair where you want them. Obviously the wigs can't compare to real hair but since this is my first time dealing with wigs in general I can't speak to their quality. I will just say that the wigs look nice and I don't otherwise mess with them so beyond that it doesn't really matter to me but if you have a thing for brushing hair then invest in an expensive wig. The doll quality itself is also very good. I found no flaws with the doll and it feels amazing. I recommend rubbing some baby powder over the doll and wrapping it with a heated blanket before use to get a life-like feel. The make-up done on the face is very good and not heavy and obvious. The joints hold their position well due to their stiffness so you have to be deliberate with how you move them but they work fine. I can have the doll wrap it's legs around my waist and hold itself in position due to it's weight and solid joints. The large hollow breasts feel great against my chest or in my hands and the butt is big and firm and all very enjoyable. I really only have positive things to say about the doll.

One thing people should be aware of is doll weight. My doll is 97 lbs. This makes it difficult to move and position because it is awkwardly shaped dead weight. Doggy style is possible if you have the standing feet and have it stand on the floor and lean over a couch or bed but you will want support pillows under it's upper abdominal or breasts since it cannot support it's own weight with it's arms without risk of damaging the arms (skin not skeleton) but then grabbing the breasts from behind becomes troublesome. I was aware of the high weight initially and wanted a heavy doll to resist pushback and such (doll stays mostly still while breasts bounce with each thrust) but I still underestimated the impact on trying to move and position the doll. Fortunately I figured out a routine for positioning, cleaning, and storage that requires minimal lifting and moving. If you struggle to dead lift 150 lbs or plan on moving your doll around a lot, or if you want to do any positions with the doll on top then I recommend looking into a doll that weighs 60 lbs or less. At some point I hope to get another much lighter doll so I can experience the things I simply cannot do with this heavier one.

Overall I'm very happy with the doll and very happy with this company so I will be getting my next doll from here as well.
