WHEN DO I RECEIVE MY DOLL? If we have it in stock at our warehouse in Canada, you will get it within 1-3 business days. Otherwise, it will take between 25 and 35 business days.

CAN I PAY WHEN I RECEIVE MY DOLL? No, it is not possible. All payment must be done online before we ship the package.

WILL MY DOLL LOOK LIKE THE ONE IN THE PICTURES? Yes, it will. Wigs may sometimes differ a little. The clothing will not be like the one in the pictures.

WILL I NEED TO SIGN WHEN THE PACKAGE ARRIVES AT HOME? Yes, you will. This step is required by our credit card processing companies as proof that you received the merchandise. The package is plain, with no pictures, no signs. 100% Discretion. (See pictures below)

Fantastic quality, and great customer service.

Expensive, but you defiantly get what your paying for. Great customer service as well. The only issue I had with the doll, was some of the paint was rubbed off on the palm of the hand, but it was very minor.
