Anyone reading this has probably done their research and shopped around for a while as, not only is it a big financial investment, but there are far too many sites out there claiming to have “ the best prices “ (spoilers: they’re too good to be true, because they’re are), but it’s hard to know what and who to trust when purchasing a doll. Especially for the first time. The fear of receiving a sub par product, or worse nothing at all, with no recourse is real.

I can tell you that SDS not only means and will back up everything they state on their website, but they also follow through 100%.

From quick responses, answering questions/concerns during the selection and purchasing of my doll, to sticking with me via updates during her creation and shipping. Marco was extremely informative about which options and what doll brand suited me best, as well as care instructions for outfits and storage transparently and without ever trying to sell me anything I didn’t ask for or require. During shipping, Laura was incredibly helpful and responsive. Providing updates and helping me with a shipping error, alleviating my worries and making sure I received exactly what I ordered. Sex Doll Shop’s customer service is stellar, and I can’t recommend them higher, whether you’re a first time purchaser or looking for another doll from a reliable reseller.

As for the doll herself, she’s perfect. Measurements/descriptions/photos on the site for body type, height, weight, and head/face accuracy are exactly as described. Posing and moving her around is a task, as the factory default joint settings are a little tight and require a bit of force, but this also ensures she will maintain her pose for whatever I’m doing. I’ve washed, oiled, and powdered her since she arrived, and her skin is extremely soft and lifelike. Definitely refer to their tutorial video section to see how to care for her, and she will stay in perfect condition for you. While she weighs as much as described, remember that you need to add weight for the head, and make sure to include the “ stand feet “ as it makes it easier, not only for care and posing, but also to dress/undress her.

The outfits I ordered with her arrived early and are exactly as listed, MAKE sure you pay attention to SDS’ instructions about washing the outfits to keep them from staining the TPE, as it is something I worried about and have kept her from absorbing any dye from clothes I’ve ordered for her after she arrived.

Overall, my experience with SDS has been wonderful, I couldn’t be happier with my doll. Again, thank you to Marco and Laura for making this process as great as they have, I truly can’t overstate how much their customer service and support helped. I also can’t express enough how happy I am with my first doll, and I guarantee that I will be back to purchase more from them in the near future. They’ve earned a repeat customer.
