She is perfect! There where some shipping challenges due to my remote location but that was understandable. UPS just put her on a shipping truck and I was so happy when she arrived!
Excellent customer service, quick responses and fast delivery. Would definately recommend both the product and the company.
First time buying experience. Shipment was relatively fast and discrete. Box was undamaged and in good condition on arrival. However, the doll as NUMEROUS large defects in the neck, shoulder, arm, and leg. In some areas there are scuffs and in 4-5 areas there are gouges and chunks missing. Not at all what I would expect for a $2,000 item. And again, the box was in perfect condition so it was shipped with those defects from the factory. Very disappointing.
**********UPDATE: The problem was a factory issue, not the seller. The seller's customer service was excellent. They were very proactive at handling the issue and providing a fair resolution. The seller reached out to me often and responded very quickly to me while working on getting this resolved. I was very impressed with their level of customer service. I trust this seller 100%.
The doll arrived with a broken nail. I didn't catch it in my initial inspection but I didn't think it was too big a deal. However, later once I moved the legs, I noticed a small tear in the vagina from where it had to stretch for the removable vagina option to be inserted. After removing the removable vagina, the tear expanded.
The double sided screws that connect the head with the body got stuck in both heads and I cannot get them out even with pliers.
Overall, I warn anyone to NOT get the removable vagina option and to use the non-screw bolts for the heads.
Besides the tearing of the vagina, the silicone material is good and the heads are nice quality. The flexibility of the skeletons are also nice. The carrying case is also very nice quality.

So everything is perfect about this doll ! And it is good quality. The only things I can say is that be ready for something somewhat heavy and the joints are abit stiff but I like it.

The customer service before I purchased was fantastic—really helpful and friendly. The whole buying process was a breeze,and the shipping was super fast since it was in stock. When the doll finally arrived, it looked exactly like the pictures. The realistic feel is something else; the gel breasts and gel butt really enhance the experience.
That said, there are some things to keep in mind. The material can be kind of fragile, so you’ve got to handle it with care. Have a plan for when things inevitably wear out—getting some repair tools beforehand is a smart move. The joints are stiff, and I’ve noticed some loosen more quickly than others, which can be a little annoying. And watch out for those fingers—they seem super fragile, so be careful. Plus, the loveholes are prone to tearing if you’re not extra careful.
Overall, while the doll is amazing and feels great, just remember to treat it gently so it lasts longer.
The doll is flawless. Every little detail is picture perfect. It's heavy enough to feel realistic but not too heavy to move around, and it's proportions are accurate as advertised. It looks just like the pictures. Even the little things you'd think would be hard to replicate feel excellent, like say the way real fingers feel both soft in the tips but hard along the bone areas on the backs of the fingers? Yeah, they feel just like that. The entire body is really more realistic than I'd expected it would be, and looks and feels like the people who made it treat this business more as making art than filling a quota.
I can't speak for any of the other companies but Fanreal's product is excellent, and I'm very happy I went with sexdolls-shop to get the doll. The production timeline and shipping timeline posted on the site were accurate to how long it took to make and ship the doll which came packaged exceptionally well. The body was fixed to a wooden plate at the top of the neck over two layers of boxes and had so much shaped Styrofoam in the interior box with a faux fur blanket keeping the Styrofoam from directly touching the body of the doll that there's no way anything could've gotten smashed on it in transit, and despite it coming from seriously thousands of miles away from where I live and weighing 100+ pounds it was perfect in box when I opened it.
Both of the heads I ordered came with the doll, I do recommend getting the ROS heads which are very worth it, and all of the extras came either packaged with the doll or before the doll arrived in unassuming plastic mailers. The box the doll came in was a plain brown exterior and no one would've guessed what was inside from looking at it. I recommend sexdolls-shop themselves because although I don't know how much they have to do with the product itself they kept me updated at every step of the production process from purchase to delivery. After the doll was ordered I got a message from an actual customer service person asking what I'd like for the extra gift promo they had at the time who helped me out in navigating the options and responded to each email I sent pretty much immediately, and once the doll was actually put together they sent photos and videos of the product to make sure I was happy with it before it got shipped. They give truly above and beyond customer service.
If you're thinking about getting a doll I seriously recommend both Fanreal and sexdolls-shop, this whole thing was way easier than I'd thought it would be, the product is nicer than I thought it would be, and I am quite satisfied with the purchase as a whole. If I got another doll down the line I'd happily buy from the same companies again.

So overall the product is pretty good. It is just that the process could’ve been better. My doll came when I wasn’t even home and someone else ended up having to sign it. I ended up needing to find a good excuse for what is exactly in the box and its not great how that played out.

This Doll’s breasts are great but the nipple coloring was peeling off when I opened the box. The shipping box was not labeled with a “this side up” label so the doll was flipped and stood not on the feet but on the neck. This made the doll come bent in awkward positions and could have caused skin or skeleton damage. The hymen feature was useless as it was unnoticeable so definitely not worth it. The ros head still feels difficult and awkward to have oral sex and doesn’t feel like that much of an upgrade compared to a regular head. The extra storage case I ordered came dented and feels like if I accidentally drop the doll on it, the box will collapse. So I hope it is not as flimsy as I assume it is because the doll is very heavy and awkward to handle and carry.The dolls skin and large penetrable breasts feel good to handle. The vaginal and anal cavities feel good to penetrate and simple to clean. The skeleton feels solid and is great for posing. The realistic painting for the veins is arousing and the realistic look and feel of the legs and hands is a sexy highlight. Overall the doll is excellent to cuddle and love. Customer service was competent and fast responding. I appreciate them reaching out to see if I was sure about my head options because I wanted to change my initial selection. Very helpful in finding what the customer is looking for and answering questions. Please continue to double check that the customer is sure they chose their preferred options.
